Please read these terms carefully before using TicketClap. By using our platform you agree to the following.
1. About Us
TicketClap is a ticketing and event discovery platform owned and operated by Big Market 360 Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. References to "TicketClap", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Big Market 360 Private Limited.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TicketClap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
3. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organizer. TicketClap (operated by Big Market 360 Private Limited) acts as a marketplace between organizers and attendees. We are not responsible for event quality, content, or cancellations by organizers.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if an event is cancelled by the organizer. In case of cancellation, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Service fees are non-refundable.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not resell tickets at a price higher than face value without organizer consent. You may not use bots or automated tools to purchase tickets. Fraudulent or abusive behaviour may result in account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on TicketClap, including logos, design, and software, is owned by Big Market 360 Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Big Market 360 Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the TicketClap platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to Terms
Big Market 360 Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
