BigBox is free to sign up and list events. A small platform fee applies per ticket sold — no upfront or monthly costs.
Do I need separate apps for check-in?
No. Check-in with camera QR scanning is built directly into the BigBox web app. Your entire team can use it from their phones — no app install required.
Can I sell tickets for recurring events or multi-day festivals?
Yes. You create one listing and add multiple units (sessions/days) under it. Each unit has its own time, venue, and ticket tiers.
How quickly can I receive payouts?
You can request a bank transfer from BigBox at any time. Transfers are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Can my staff scan tickets without seeing my financial data?
Absolutely. Use the Viewer or Editor role for check-in staff — they get access to the check-in scanner but cannot view revenue or payout information.
Do attendees get a QR code on TicketClap?
Yes. Every booking on TicketClap generates a unique QR code visible in My Bookings. Attendees can also save it to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. BigBox scans and validates these QR codes at entry.
