1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TicketClap (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on TicketClap. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].
3. Bookings & payments
Tickets are sold by the organizer of each listing. TicketClap acts solely as a facilitator and payment processor.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay or equivalent gateways. Applicable taxes, gateway fees, and a platform service fee are added to the ticket price at checkout and itemized on your invoice.
A successful booking is contingent on receipt of cleared funds. We reserve the right to cancel any booking suspected of fraud or chargeback risk.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer’s cancellation policy as displayed on the listing. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you are entitled to a full refund of the ticket face value within 7 working days.
Service and gateway fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by TicketClap or the organizer.
5. Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must accurately describe their listing, hold all required licenses, comply with applicable laws, and honour the experience as marketed.
Organizers are solely responsible for the conduct of the event, including safety, accessibility, and any disputes with attendees. TicketClap may withhold payouts pending investigation if material complaints arise.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not: resell tickets above face value where prohibited; scrape, automate, or interfere with the Service; misrepresent your identity; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending payouts or bookings.
7. Intellectual property
TicketClap is a product of Big Market 360 Private Limited. All TicketClap branding, software, and content remain the property of Big Market 360 Private Limited and its licensors. Organizers retain ownership of their listing content but grant TicketClap a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TicketClap’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
