Is there a setup fee or monthly subscription?
No. TicketClap is free to use. You pay only a flat platform commission on each ticket sold, plus the Razorpay payment-gateway fee. No subscription, no listing fees, no hidden charges.
How fast do I get paid?
Bookings are settled weekly. Once a booking is paid, the gross amount minus platform commission is added to your payout balance. Approved payouts land in your bank account or UPI VPA on a weekly cycle.
What types of listings can I create?
Four types — In-person events (concerts, comedy, theatre, sports), Online events (streams, webinars, classes), Places (restaurants, museums, attractions), and Private events (weddings, corporate, parties). Each has its own booking flow.
Do I need KYC to start?
You can sign up and create draft listings immediately. KYC verification (PAN, GST or business registration, plus bank details) is required before publishing a listing and before receiving payouts. Most approvals take under 24 hours.
Can I sell tickets at the venue too?
Yes. The built-in POS lets you sell tickets at the door or counter from any phone or tablet. Bookings sync with your online inventory in real time, and the door scanner shows check-in status instantly.
What about refunds and cancellations?
Customers have a free hold/cancellation window during checkout. After payment, you control refund policy on each listing. Refund requests are processed via the bookings dashboard with full audit trail.
Can I customize my listing page?
Each listing gets a public page with cover image, gallery, description, ticket types, schedules, organizer info, reviews, and structured-data SEO. Buyers can favorite, share, and book without leaving the page.
